What You’ll Do

Conduct Radon Assessments: Perform radon testing and assessments in residential and commercial properties to determine the presence and levels of radon gas.

Design Mitigation Systems: Design and develop effective radon mitigation systems tailored to the specific characteristics of each property, ensuring efficient reduction of radon levels.

Install Mitigation Systems: Skillfully install radon mitigation systems, including sub-slab depressurization, ventilation systems, and other proven techniques to ensure successful mitigation.

Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously monitor radon mitigation systems' performance and evaluate their effectiveness through post-mitigation testing.

Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to educate them about radon risks, explain mitigation strategies, and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest radon mitigation technologies, industry standards, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients and maintain professional growth.
Who You are

Certified Radon Professional: Hold relevant certifications as a radon mitigator and/or radon measurement specialist, demonstrating expertise in radon mitigation techniques and protocols.

Technical Skills: Possess a strong understanding of building systems and construction, with the ability to assess and install radon mitigation systems efficiently and effectively.
